PhD Robotics Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Senior Scientist at CAR-CSIC, is the founder of Marsi Bionics.  Dr Garcia has 20 years of research experience on walking robots. She completed her training at the Leg Laboratory of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is leading research on lower-limb exoskeletons for mobility aid, leading projects ALTAS, KINDER and EXOTrainer. Dr. Elena Garcia has received the recognition for Scientific Merit from the President of the CSIC since 2013 yearly. She has received several awards like 2015 Golden Award from the Federation of Disability (FAAM) for her social research labor, and 2017 Award as the Best Researcher in Biomedicine, and she has been selected as one of the Top 10 Best Scientists of the National Science Team.

At GMV he worked in Global navigation Satellites Systems and space robotics projects for the European Space Agency. He was formerly head of department at Robomotion, a company dedicated to service robotics for explosive ordnance and disposal.

His research expertise is on the energy-efficient control of locomotion and the control of variable-impedance actuators. He is Project Leader in Marsi Bionics

Luis Ángel Pérez is a Telecommunications Engineer with 15 years of experience as a design engineer in the aerospace sector (EADS) and 5 years as head of the area of Analog Design and Video at AIRBUS-Defence. Luis Angel brings experience and organizational skills in design, development and production business. His experience in the aerospace industry is key to the development of exoskeletons whose technology is very close to this technology sector. Luis Angel gives advise in the industrialization process of Marsi Bionics products.

Manuel de la Torre Guerrero, is practicing lawyer, ICAM referee since 1994, founding member of the Sierra-de la Torre Asesores, operates in the commercial, corporate and tax matters.

Nítida Pastor Pérez, is European Director of Professional Relations Strategy at Mead Johnson. She graduated in pharmacy, PhD in Pediatrics and 1988 MBA IE Business School, began her career in the Mars group, where she held different positions in HR, finance and marketing. Later, she created and developed her own company on manufacturing and marketing of natural cosmetics, getting innovator qualification. Within the pharmaceutical industry she has been in charge of sales, marketing and business development at national level. Her last stage has elapsed between Paris and Madrid as head of marketing for Europe. She has directed more than 35 projects of entrepreneurship and participated in numerous seminars related to business development and cooperation. Nitida has mentored Marsi Bionics in its passage through the Pasion> ie program by IE Business School and Accenture and she is now part of the Board of Advisors of Marsi Bionics.
